1. Who We Are

Jogamente is a cognitive training platform designed for ADHD brains. This policy covers the Jogamente web app, mobile app, and the Jogamente Scroll Guard browser extension.

2. Data We Collect

  • Email address — Used for authentication (magic link / OTP login). We do not use your email for marketing unless you opt in.
  • Game session data — Scores, duration, and module type for each game you play. Used to show your progress and personalize your experience.
  • Blocking events (Scroll Guard extension) — URLs of blocked sites, intervention outcomes (trained or skipped), and time saved. Used to display your daily stats in the extension popup.
  • Profile preferences — Display name, Calm Mode setting, account type, and locale preference.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Authenticate your account securely
  • Display your cognitive training progress
  • Sync blocking rules and stats across devices (Scroll Guard)
  • Improve our games based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS), with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled on all tables. Only you can access your own data.

5. Scroll Guard Extension

The Jogamente Scroll Guard browser extension:

  • Monitors navigation to websites on your personal block list only
  • Stores blocking rules and events locally (works offline)
  • Syncs events to your Jogamente account when online
  • Does NOT read, collect, or transmit any website content
  • Does NOT track browsing on non-blocked sites
  • Does NOT sell or share data with third parties

6. Third-Party Services

  • Supabase — Database and authentication
  • Stripe — Payment processing (we never store card details)
  • Resend — Transactional emails (login codes only)

We do not use analytics trackers, ad networks, or data brokers.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above, strictly for operating the platform.

8. Your Rights

You can at any time:

  • Export your data by contacting us
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Disable the Scroll Guard extension (all local data is removed)

9. Children

Jogamente is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. LGPD — Brazilian Data Protection Law

In compliance with LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), you have the right to: access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
