By creating an account or using Jogamente, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Jogamente is a cognitive training platform designed for adults with ADHD. The service includes cognitive games for web and mobile, the Scroll Guard Chrome extension, and professional tracking tools. Jogamente is not a medical service and does not replace clinical treatment.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • Your account is personal and non-transferable.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Jogamente.
  • You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • The free plan includes a full 30-day trial with no credit card required.
  • After the trial, access to advanced features requires a paid subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time — access remains until the end of the paid period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use Jogamente only for personal, legitimate cognitive training purposes. You may not:

  • Share your account with others
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Attempt to compromise the security or infrastructure of the platform
  • Create fake accounts or use another person's data

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content — games, design, text, and code — is the property of Jogamente. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express authorization.

7. Disclaimer

Jogamente is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. The service does not constitute medical or psychological advice.

8. Your Rights

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
